What does the price include?
The price of your warrior includes all costs to secure and ship the warrior; process all the paper work through Customs; and pay any duties or fees from China to the United States. Included are the clearing costs once the warrior reaches the US port. Examples of clearing costs include (but are not limited to): Customs, duties, miscellaneous fees and paper work processing. The price also includes delivery to your location in the lower 48 United States. There are no hidden or unexpected fees in our pricing.
What is my responsibility when the shipment arrives at my location?
It is your responsibility as the owner to set up a time and date for delivery with the carrier when they call you. Also, you will need to have enough manpower available to help move the warrior from the carrier’s truck to a secure location (like your garage or dock area if it is a business location). You will be required to remove the top lid of the crate and the side panel marked “FACE”. Please check to see if there is any damage, if you need to remove other panels to to confirm there is no damage, please do so. If everything is OK, sign the shipping paperwork and the driver will leave. If you find damage, put the panel and top back on the crate, then contact us. The driver will put it back on the truck and return it to us.
Can I pick the Warrior up myself or make final shipping arrangements to my location?
Our warehouses are located in Indianapolis, Indiana. All products are shipped to this location initially for inspection. If you would like to pick your order up in Indianapolis, or arrange private shipping from our warehouse to you, we can accommodate you. In most cases, this will save on final shipping expenses. Please call us to arrange alternate delivery details.
How do I make an order and pay for it?
All payments are made through our website. Please use the shopping cart to place your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery, and American Express. Both debit and credit cards are accepted.
Will different lighting help with the display of the warrior?
Yes if you have recessed lighting available or any direct lighting it will help the display. In our video you can see how lighting enhances the display, we also use a dimmer switch for different intensity.
Can I place the warrior outside?
The warrior is made of terracotta clay and is designed to be housed indoors.
